Senior Graphic Designer

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice, headquartered in Lutz, FL., seeks to add a key member to its growing team by employing a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer to support our Marketing Department. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to support overall marketing efforts in a fast-paced, exciting, and fun environment and will play an instrumental role in accelerating growth in two key areas: • Veterinarian and Veterinary Student Recruitment Marketing: Help attract compassionate veterinarians and students by creating targeted digital advertising, social media campaigns, and email marketing that highlights why Lap of Love is the ideal place to grow or start their careers. Experience, Education and Requirements: • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Marketing (Digital, Brand, Social), Graphic Design, or related field, required • Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising, required • At least 5 years of relevant experience, required • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Canva • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to self-manage multiple projects at a time • Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to do profound work • Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity • Top notch oral and written communication skills • Confident, independent thinker, and self-starter • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Exercises critical thinking skills • This position is a remote role requiring the ability to work independently. At the request of their supervisor, this individual may be asked to perform additional duties or take on additional responsibilities to better meet the needs of their department.
