Senior Graphic Designer

This is a remote position, but if you're near one of our local offices, you're welcome to come hangout with us in-office as well. Our main offices are in Post Falls, ID, and Spokane, WA; we also have satellite offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT. You'll be working 40 hours a week and, of course, enjoy great company benefits.We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help lead design projects and take initiative on large scale projects. This role will require someone who is collaborative and enjoys somewhat ambiguous projects.The role works with a portfolio of many websites and an ever-expanding set of software tools, but they are all in-house projects (no external clients). You find this process fun, and part of creating an amazing final product Experience taking ownership of large scale design projects Experience designing for a broad range of media and formats Experience as the point person on a team Experience in and comfort with an Agile work environment No babysitter required (ability to work independently)
