Senior Graphic Designer

At First Horizon, we're passionate about bringing the best parts of a big bank and a small bank to our clients, and we're looking for a senior graphic designer to help us tell our story. Responsibilities • Support the Associate Creative Director with the development of concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing and advertising channels • Possess strong design skills and instinctive eye for quality • Champion brand standards amongst the team and with cross-functional partners • Deliver a project from concept to execution while working within prescribed timelines and budgetary requirements • Bring extensive and ever evolving technical skills including Photoshop, Adobe suite, light HTML as well as graphic animation techniques • Print production experience and expertise • Ability to participate in brainstorming sessions to explore best creative options and present designs Requirements • Degree in marketing, graphic design or related field • 3+ years of related experience • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development • Experience working in a dynamic work environment • Ability to work independently on focused work • Collaborative creative partner able to work with other creatives and cross-functional team members and vendors for larger campaigns • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Ability to communicate design and creative choices in a clear and concise manner • A passion for the craft that will inspire co-workers to elevate the work A portfolio showcasing your design work is required for consideration.
