Responsibilities • Mentor internal graphic designers and third-party partners to ensure consistency and improvement of Bank OZK objectives. • Design print and digital materials that uphold the Bank OZK brand and engage the audience. • Develop recommendations for content that enhances assigned objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders. • 2+ years' experience in graphic design. • Ability to manage multiple tasks with exacting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
