Senior Graphic Designer

This is a senior-level design position that requires design and/or coordination of a wide range of electronic and/or printed graphic materials. • Maintains brand consistency throughout all marketing projects • Reviews work for accuracy and quality • Stays up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and disseminate this information • Interprets project needs and understand constraints • Produces creative, high-impact designs • Trains designers as necessary on software, tools, and visual communication Qualifications • BA degree in design, visual arts, or relevant field • 7-10 years of experience in graphic design • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Software • Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and juggle multiple projects under deadline • Possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout, and typography • Strong production and creative problem-solving skills, with attention to visual details • Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Demonstrated versatility and education/experience in the areas of print media, digital communications, and multimedia technologies • Prior experience in the engineering field Pay Range Other Compensation and Benefits
