In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, curating and completing finished print and digital design project, ranging from integrated campaigns to website content, to print catalogs and mailers and more. Because this team handles all design for the organization, you can anticipate some production work in this role, primarily on the print side for large-scale projects. This brand continues to grow their team and their reach, and you can be a part of their aesthetic evolution and brand story! This role is onsite in their office in the East Bay. You will: • Ideate, curate, design and finalize assets and projects across print, digital, web and campaign channels, with significant focus on print materials like catalogs • Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to advocate for design's roles in final campaigns and projects, providing input on best practices and identifying opportunities to innovate and evolve design practices • Ensure design work is aligned with brand aesthetic and goals, maintaining consistency and brand integrity • Guide design and production work for substantial print materials, including catalogs • Work closely with company leaders and executives to align design goals with overall company goals
