Senior Graphic Designer

Overview Our LHH Marketing and Creative division is partnering with a long-time East Bay Area client based in San Pablo, CA to recruit a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is onsite in their East Bay office. Salary range: $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr. Responsibilities • Ideate, curate, design and finalize assets and projects across print, digital, web and campaign channels, with significant focus on print materials like catalogs • Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to advocate for design's role in final campaigns and projects, providing input on best practices and opportunities to innovate • Ensure design work is aligned with brand aesthetics and goals, maintaining consistency and brand integrity • Guide design and production work for substantial print materials, including catalogs • Work closely with company leaders and executives to align design goals with overall company goals Your profile • 5+ years of graphic design experience in consumer products, retail or similar industries; experience in luxury goods preferred • In-depth understanding of integrated brand design with experience in print, digital and campaigns • Digital portfolio showcasing relevant work with a clean, luxury aesthetic and strong typography/photography integration • Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize, ideate, create and execute finalized design assets • Adobe Creative Suite and DAM tool expertise Benefits • Medical, dental and vision coverage with HSA • 401(k) with match • 11 days of PTO
