Qualifications... • 4-8 years of experience designing logos, extensive brand systems, production, and web • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects • A conceptual, strategy-focused approach to design • Ability to collaborate and iterate effectively with a diverse team • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment • Proficiency and speed in working with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities • Serve as the dedicated designer for assigned clients, understanding their specific design needs and delivering high-quality work. • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide design recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design work • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals and objectives.
