Senior Graphic Designer

The In-house Design Studio is responsible for creating high-quality, best-in-class design materials, brand identities, and campaigns for our agents; evolving and refining the Compass brand; and partnering with other internal teams to maintain and raise creative excellence throughout the company. You have experience leading projects both independently and in team settings, ensuring excellence in every execution. At Compass You Will: • First and foremost, be responsible for creating exceptional creative work for our agents and their properties. • In collaboration with our Producers and Marketing team, meet with clients and internal stakeholders to present design solutions with clarity and confidence. • Work closely with other Designers, Design Directors, and Creative Producers to push creative boundaries.
