Summary The Senior Graphic Designer position will serve as a lead designer for the Club and will work with the Director - Design Services and Creative Team to conceptualize and design projects across the entire organization. Primarily, the position will support digital aspects for Ticket Sales and Fan Engagement efforts through the ideation and design of forward-thinking creative concepts, ad campaigns and graphic elements that maintain the continuity of the Brewers brand across the entire marketing mix. • Work with the Creative team to annually review and enhance/develop the brand identity and season-long look for the Club • Play a leading role in the conceptualization and development of creative concepts and design solutions for key Club initiatives and higher-profile marketing and branding communications • Responsible for the design of marketing, advertising and branding materials, such as, but not limited to: • Digital Advertising—heavy emphasis • Social Media • Print • Outdoor • Direct Mail • Signage • In-Stadium Graphics • Promotional Items/Packaging • Sales Collateral • Participate in brainstorming sessions for advertising and video campaigns and other advertising/marketing efforts for the Club • Participate in cross-functional committee meetings for key Club initiatives, representing the Design Team as the lead designer • Foster strong working relationships with vendors, printers, and team photographer • Assist with planning and execution of photo shoots • Manage seasonal Graphic Design Intern We operate at the highest standard of excellence, investing in the development of our staff across all levels and embracing differences through a culture of respect and understanding.
