What You'll Do: • Deliver design solutions across multiple touchpoints—from packaging to presentations to motion assets • Partner with the Art Director and copy team to develop cohesive, on-brand creative • Lead projects from concept through execution, maintaining high standards of design excellence • Present ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and cross-functional partners • Stay on top of design trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team • Mentor and inspire junior designers while collaborating in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
