What We're Looking For • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, either in-house with a brand or at an agency • Formal training in graphic design, visual arts, or a related discipline preferred • Expert-level digital design skills — Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and a strong command of typography, layout, color, and composition • Fluency in production — you know how to prepare print-ready, packaging-ready, and apparel-ready files • A portfolio that shows range — across digital, print, physical, and environmental work • Comfort with pace — you're energized by a fast, iterative, agile environment where priorities shift and creative briefs evolve in real time • Strong project management instincts — you can run multiple workstreams simultaneously without sacrificing quality This role has the latitude for that kind of thinking and making, and we believe the best graphic designers bring a tactile sensibility to everything they do.
