Senior Graphic Designer

Must-Haves: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field • 7+ years of professional graphic design experience (print + packaging focus) • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Strong portfolio with production-ready work • Ability to manage projects independently, from concept through production • Deep understanding of package design, die lines, printing processes, color management • Experience with illustration + photography • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills • Must live in New Jersey or within 1 hour of Allendale Plusses: • Experience mentoring junior designers • Experience creating mockups (virtual + physical) • Photography skills • Experience working with vendors • Awareness of industry trends and production materials Day-to-Day: • Develop visual concepts and designs for packaging, promo materials, and brand assets • Own projects from initial brief through final production • Partner with marketing, sales, purchasing, and production teams • Collaborate with external vendors • Prepare press-ready files for digital, offset, and flexographic printing • Create virtuals, physical mockups, photography, illustrations, and web layout assets • Review all work for accuracy and brand alignment • Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers • Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for a top client in the packaging/consumer goods space.
