Job Description: Uses knowledge of current graphic design software to conceptualize and develop high quality, creative and professional-looking real estate marketing materials. ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Duties: Designs and produces marketing materials including brochures, flyers, proposals/pitches, offering memoranda, e-mail campaigns, invitations, presentations, maps, stacking plans, signage, aerials, etc.Creates bespoke property-level branding and materials (including logos, color/type systems, visual language) for select listings and developments to deliver custom, best in class marketing materials for clients.
