Manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes.Have excellent natural problem solving skills, and a desire to continuously improve.Be able to take criticism and creative direction from others.Be able to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure while managing multiple projects and tasks to completion within established deadlines.Ability to problem solve and multitask under pressure.Create concepts and prototypes, both 2D and 3D, in print, digital, and physical form.Understanding and smart usage of typography and photography.Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.Conceptual illustration and loose sketching, to demonstrate initial explorations.Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across a wide variety of media. A strong desire to create and contribute to an inclusive design environment.BA/BFA/BS degree in design or similar field.2-4 years of experience working with a design, consulting or marketing organization.Up to 25% travel.
