DiYanni Homes is on the lookout for a talented and imaginative Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our brand presence in the Indianapolis market. As the creative force behind our marketing efforts, you’ll have the opportunity to define the visual voice of DiYanni across digital platforms, print, social media, events, and customer experiences. Core Responsibilities

Creative Design & Brand ExecutionDesign exceptional marketing materials in alignment with DiYanni's premium brand standards.Develop and produce a wide array of materials including:Social media graphicsDigital advertisementsPrint collateralBrochuresFlyersPresentation materialsSignageEvent materialsEmail graphicsWebsite graphicsSales collateralEnsure cohesive visual identity across all public-facing marketing platforms.Social Media & Digital Content CreationCreate engaging visual content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.Design graphics, reels, stories, and short-form videos that enhance engagement and boost brand awareness.Collaborate on creative concepts for campaigns that drive traffic to the Design Center and enhance online interaction.Photography & Video CollaborationAssist in the creative direction for professional photography sessions, model home shoots, and video content production.Help conceptualize lifestyle branding campaigns and manage the company's media and creative asset library.Brand DevelopmentContribute to the evolution and strengthening of DiYanni's visual identity in the Indianapolis market.Provide fresh creative ideas to distinguish the company from competitors.Integrate modern design trends and elevated aesthetics into the brand experience.Event & Experiential Marketing SupportDesign promotional materials for key events including grand openings, open houses, home shows, and realtor events.Create memorable customer experiences that personify the DiYanni Difference.Qualifications

3-5+ years of professional graphic or brand design experience.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.Experience with video editing software.Strong grasp of branding, typography, layout, composition, and digital content creation.Proven ability to design for both digital and print marketing.Photography, videography, or motion graphics skills are a plus.Meticulous attention to detail and strong creative execution.Ability to collaborate effectively while owning creative projects.Experience in real estate, luxury products, home building, interior design, or lifestyle branding is preferred.Must be willing to work in-office in Indianapolis.What We're Looking For
