Senior Graphic Designer

This role partners closely with cross-functional departments to conceptualize, design, and implement compelling visual assets that elevate the brand experience across both digital and physical environments, including the Jefferson Health Training Complex and Lincoln Financial Field. The Senior Graphic Designer serves as a creative leader within the organization, driving high-level design execution while maintaining brand integrity across campaigns, events, partnerships, and internal initiatives. Brand Leadership & Management Champion and uphold brand standards across all internal and external touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging, design systems, typography, photography, and visual identity.Continuously elevate the organization's creative standards and visual presence through thoughtful design and brand innovation.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and strategic priorities.Help evolve and maintain brand systems, templates, and creative resources for organization-wide use. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, agency, media, or brand-driven environments.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, photography, photo editing, campaign development, digital and print design, and visual storytelling.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, familiarity with Figma and After Effects is a plus.Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, production processes, and digital design best practices.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
