OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic visual storyteller with strong design fundamentals, advanced technical skills, and a passion for developing compelling creative across digital, video, print, and branded content.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute high-quality creative assets across digital, print, social media, email, presentations, signage, and marketing campaignsCreate and edit video content for marketing, social media, and promotional campaignsProduce motion graphics and animations to support multimedia storytelling and campaign initiativesDirect photography shoots and edit photos for use in marketing and promotional materialsLead creative concept development and ensure brand consistency across all touchpointsDesign engaging visual content, including graphics, layouts, infographics, and branded collateralCollaborate closely with marketing, communications, creative, and leadership teams to deliver impactful visual solutionsManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detailParticipate in creative brainstorming and strategic campaign developmentStay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practicesQualifications7+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house creative environmentBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferredExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After EffectsStrong experience with video editing and post-production workflowsExperience creating web designs in Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XDExperience creating animation and motion graphicsProficiency in Canva for marketing and social content creationPhotography experience, including photo composition, lighting, and editingStrong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital, video, print, branding, and multimedia workExcellent typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling skillsAbility to take creative direction and work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational, communication, and project management skillsWhat Success Looks LikeConsistently delivers polished, innovative, and on-brand creative workBrings fresh ideas and creative problem-solving to campaigns and projectsEffectively balances strategy, creativity, and execution under tight deadlinesContributes positively to a collaborative and creative team culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
