Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the creative development and execution of packaging, advertising, branding, editorial, and marketing design for C&H Cosmetics brands, including Ruby Kisses. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the creative development and execution of packaging, advertising, brand identity, editorial, and marketing design for C&H Cosmetics brands, including Ruby Kisses. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the cosmetics, beauty, consumer products, or CPG industry.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging design, advertising, branding, editorial design, and print production.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication principles.Extensive knowledge of print production, color management, packaging materials, finishing methods, and manufacturing processes.Experience developing artwork for mass production.Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under tight deadlines.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.Experience managing multiple consumer brands simultaneously.Experience designing retail displays, POP materials, and Brand Experience assets.Experience developing advertising campaigns and providing creative art direction.Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and emerging design technologies.Knowledge of digital marketing assets, eCommerce creative, and social media design.Experience working with international vendors and manufacturing partners.
