Senior Graphic Designer

Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join their growing creative team. This role will play a key part in developing compelling visual assets across print, packaging, retail, and digital channels while helping bring brand and marketing initiatives to life.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong execution skills, experience managing projects from concept to production, and a passion for creating impactful designs that drive engagement and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Design packaging, product labels, PDQs, retail displays, in-store signage, and other print collateralCreate digital advertising assets, email marketing graphics, website visuals, and social media contentMaintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints and marketing channelsCollaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to execute campaigns and product launchesManage creative asset development from concept through final productionEnsure projects are delivered on time while meeting quality and brand standardsMentor and provide guidance to junior members of the creative teamStay current on design trends, retail merchandising, and consumer marketing best practicesQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred5+ years of graphic design experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design expertiseExperience in CPG, retail, consumer products, or agency environments preferredBackground developing packaging, retail displays, and retailer-facing creative assetsAdvanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignStrong understanding of print production processes and digital design best practicesExcellent communication, organization, and project management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentBenefits
