The Senior Graphic Designer is a highly organized creative to serve as the central hub for team marketing initiatives. Serve as the primary marketing resource and central point of coordination for all team marketing initiatives.Lead marketing projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.Design and produce professional marketing materials, including offering memorandums, proposals, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and other client-facing collateral.Develop compelling visual communications that align with brand standards and effectively support business development and investment sales efforts.Partner closely with brokerage professionals to understand project objectives, establish priorities, and deliver strategic marketing solutions.Coordinate with Cushman & Wakefield's centralized marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to corporate processes and standards.Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities and meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Oversee project timelines, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve obstacles to keep projects on track.Ensure marketing materials are accurate, polished, and consistent with brand guidelines and quality expectations.Support the team's marketing strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiencies, and elevate the quality of marketing deliverables.Maintain and organize marketing resources, templates, and creative assets to support team productivity and consistency.Provide ongoing marketing support to brokerage professionals by serving as a trusted advisor on branding, design, and marketing best practices.Contribute creative ideas and visual storytelling that strengthen property positioning and enhance client presentations.Foster strong working relationships across internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and exceptional client service.Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflows, implement best practices, and support the overall success of the team's marketing initiatives.
