You have 6+ years of design experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing.You are highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience working in CMS platforms.You have experience designing paid ads, email marketing, print, and landing pages.You understand performance marketing and know how to design creative that drives conversions and lead quality.You have experience collaborating closely with marketers, copywriters, and video/social teams to execute campaigns.You can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.You communicate your design decisions clearly and are comfortable asking questions or pushing back when needed.You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates digital campaigns, performance-driven design, and marketing work.
