Role Description: Pupford is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can transform thoughtful strategy into compelling, elevated creative across every customer touchpoint.
In this role, you’ll help shape and evolve the Pupford brand while designing for integrated campaigns, packaging, paid media, organic social, retail, email, web, and product launches. You’ll partner closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive creative systems that build brand recognition and drive performance. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker with excellent design instincts, thoughtful attention to detail, and the ability to confidently take projects from an initial brief through final production.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a consumer brand, agency, or fast-paced marketing environment.A strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, brand storytelling, typography, layout, and visual systems.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.Experience designing for both digital and print production.Understanding of paid social, organic content, email, e-commerce, packaging, and retail design is a plus.Ability to interpret creative strategy and independently develop polished design solutions.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and file management practices.Strong communication skills and the confidence to present and explain creative decisions.Ability to receive feedback, solve problems collaboratively, and move projects forward.Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift.Thoughtful use of AI tools to increase efficiency and creative output, with sound judgment about when AI can assist and when hands-on design expertise is essential.
