Senior Graphic Designer

Job Details: Job Location: SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84124, This position ranges from contributing to high-level campaign work to plugging-in-the-headphones and cranking digital ads and everything in between. This position works with key stake holders in the organization: sales, marketing, ecommerce, creative, social, and retail. We are looking for a self-sufficient designer to not only create and deliver assets, but also manage projects and solve back and forth communication problems that inherently come with production and design work.
Qualifications: Key Responsibilities:
•    Ability to absorb information and concepts and translate them into deliverables, regardless of the clarity of the project brief.
•    Ability to work efficiently when needed, and thoughtfully when bandwidth allows.
•    Creation of digital assets, emails, paid ads. With an emphasis on the organization and project management of the work.
•    Creation, management and maintenance of in-store Retail assets across all stores, working closely with the Retail team.
•    Concepting and designing for special projects and off timeline projects for the creative and product departments.
•    Creation of sales assets that assist in seasonal sell through.
•    Creation of social assets for main channel posts.
•    Illustration skills and portfolio is a plus.

Qualifications:
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the outdoor, lifestyle, or sports industry.
•    Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, including digital, print, and branding projects.
•    Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
•    Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects from concept to completion.
•    Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•    Passion for the outdoor industry, with a genuine interest in the brand’s mission and products.
•    Ability to work independently and take initiative while also contributing to a team environment.
•    A degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
