Senior Graphic Designer

Manage art direction, creative design, and production of projects such as direct marketing campaigns, customized sales presentations, white papers, brochures, newsletters, signage, videos and other intitiatives. Conceive and design art and plan content. Develop and implement strategic recommendations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage art direction, creative design and production of projects, including, but not limited to, direct marketing campaigns, customized sales presentations, white papers, brochures, newsletters, signage, videos and other initiatives. Conceive and design art and plan content.
* Develop and implement strategic recommendations that innovate, engage prospects and customers, and constantly push the brand forward.
* Serve as lead brand steward ensuring that all assets are adhering to brand standards.
* Support product or service development through collaboration with leaders. Determine style, technique, and medium best suited to produce desired effects and support the customer needs which includes but not limited to designing partnership reports, newsletters, quarterly review presentations and other initiatives.
* Update and maintain the corporate website along with the internal portal to ensure a fresh and up-to-date look.
* Support Ruan social networking initiatives.
* Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

**Qualifications**

**Job Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:**

Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design or related fields of study

Experience: 6-9 years experience in graphic design, creative services, marketing services or communication, or related field. At least 2 years experience in business to business.

3. Must have excellent design and conceptual experience, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong collaboration and communication skills. Requires expert knowledge of In-Design, Photoshop, Power Point, Keynote and Illustrator. Needs experience working closely with cross functional teams. Must have ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines, positive, entrepreneurial spirit, and customer focused thinking. Requires the ability to think strategically.
