PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. Primary responsibilities include conceptualization of projects, designs, and providing product marketing material and collateral campaigns for effective promotion of corporate image, branding and programmatic marketing initiatives. Develops internal and external presentations, as well as graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites • Assists in implementing branding strategy, and develops/enhances collateral within brand guidelines • Creates and executes all visual design stages from concept to final implementation of digital documents, process flows, mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas including accurate pre-flight for print and digital projects prior to release for production • Works with the Creative Director to create the overall look for a campaign • Continues to push the envelope on creative for the entirety of the house of brands • Focuses on the retail side of the company working with the Director of Marketing of Retail on various deliverables including production work for each state • May assist in directing photo shoots and other specialized vendors and meets with clients and the marketing team to understand and make recommendations on project parameters, goals, and tactics. Qualifications • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience with 10+ years design agency or internal corporate art/design department experience • Proficient with Macintosh computers using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Apps.
