Senior Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will be a creative and graphic design pro who understands and relishes the critical impact great design has in effective marketing. Our Story M3 Media is media and marketing agency focused on the real estate vertical and includes our flagship brand DIGS, a luxury real estate lifestyle magazine covering the South Bay & Westside markets in Los Angeles, California. We are a fully integrated media and marketing platform - we produce magazines, podcasts, videos, digital assets, websites, content and also provide marketing agency services to select clients. Position Summary The Senior Graphic Designer will be a leadership position and have oversight overall our entire creative strategy – serving as brand ambassador to both M3/DIGS and our client partners. Principal Accountabilities • Lead overall creative, design, & branding strategy for company • Manage and lead the overall creative strategy for our marketing agency clients • Develop, create, manage and execute a variety of creative / design projects from concept to completion • Ability to produce high quality design across our entire platform - including magazine ads, editorial design, digital ads, websites, custom publications, collateral, branding, eblasts, and other marketing collateral for both clients and the DIGS brand • Maintain a consistent design aesthetic that aligns with our brand / style guidelines • Assist with the design, concept and development of various marketing collateral for M3 and our clients which may include post cards, flyers, brochures, online / social media campaigns, email marketing, and more • Manage and direct the marketing queue and deliverables for all clients Required Skills • Minimum of 5 years of proven and relevant experience in graphic design and creative services • Associates Degree in Graphic Design or similar field, or commensurate work experience • Obsessed with design that engages and influences user behavior • Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
