Stephanie Gottlieb Fine Jewelry is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create and manage digital designs for our marketing needs. The Senior Graphic Designer will manage all design projects from creative... concept to delivery. As a champion of diversity, inclusivity, and empathy in every stage of the creative process, you will play a key role evolving our brand’s visual identity, storytelling, and positioning the brand strategically in the marketplace. Base Salary Range $120,000-$150,000 Key Responsibilities • Visual Brand Identity: Lead the development and evolution of our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints • Creative Conceptualization: Generate innovative and compelling design concepts that align with our brand values, target audience, and market trends • Establish best-in-class visual design standards and processes • Support the Creative Director to create and design various digital assets, encompassing site, email, social graphics, animations, and video graphics • Partner with E-Commerce and Marketing teams to align digital creative strategy with the brand's vision and marketing programs • Photography Direction: Collaborate with photographers and stylists to plan and execute captivating product photoshoots, ensuring that the imagery maintains brand aesthetics and highlights product features effectively as well as ensure delivery deadlines are met • Update and maintain internal databases for design elements, photography, and video • Coordinate PDP photoshoots and manage retouching • Follow through with content post-production, including retouching and editing, with a high standard and taste level • Graphic Design Execution: Produce high-quality designs for digital mediums, including but not limited to website banners, email newsletters, social media assets, digital and print ads, Lookbooks for press • Manage creative projects from concept to final approval, ensuring consistent brand themes and integrity • Own brand communication materials including, but not limited to, email, line sheets, and look books • Create all company email content to fulfill business needs as set by the Director of E-Commerce in coordination with the Director of Marketing • Develop wireframes and visual mockups for presentations • Manage production of any print pieces from concept to completion • Create and submit creative deliverables to production team • Offer creative solutions to achieve company objectives (i.e. assist in the planning and creative process of new client acquisition) • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and inspire your creative work • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, eCommerce, Social, Product Development, and Sales to ensure alignment on creative projects and deliverables • Brand Guidelines Maintenance: Maintain brand guidelines to uphold consistency in design elements, color palettes, typography, and imagery usage across all brand assets
