Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer is charged with managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and leading the development of creative ideas of the highest quality across creative assets for all Sundance Institute programs, including print and digital media. Additionally this role will be required to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, at key points throughout the year to meet deadlines and respond to on-call needs. • Leading design resource management, including partnering with project managers and strategy leads in the development of a marketing calendar that is sustainable and ensures timely delivery. • Developing training materials and conducting training for Sundance Film Festival design employees to ensure the team is clear on their responsibilities, processes, and expectations.
