The Graphic Designer joins Transwestern’s national business development and in-house branding and marketing teams. Essential Job Functions • Knowledge of both print and digital processes; experience in executing on high-quality deliverables for business development and branding/marketing clients • Provide graphic support on creative projects • Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of graphic and/or illustrative materials such as: pitch decks and proposals; printed new business materials (magazines, unique print pieces, or branded gifts) • Lead design efforts for pitch decks, RFPs, and other designed business development materials • Visual direction for company-wide templates • Brand development and brand standards guides (logo design, web design, hard goods, spatial design, etc. • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines; ability to work independently and to prioritize responsibilities; multi-tasking.
