Our Senior Designer will play a key role in performance marketing design, concept development, layout, content packages, and all aspects of rich visual storytelling, in collaboration with the ACD Creative Production and Head of Creative to resonate with targeted audience segments and key brand partners. • Implement Good Sam visual strategy and design systems to support key brand/business objectives. • Work with partners in digital strategy to better understand project scope and goals to create informed designs. Qualifications • 4-6 years design experience • Expertise in designing for both digital and print across editorial and promotional outputs • Expertise in adapting design ideas across multiple platforms and touchpoints • An appreciation of the requirements of corporate branding, and a solid understanding of marketing and advertising • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convey and package creative ideas • A mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) • Experience with Figma • Experience in After Effects a plus • A degree or diploma in design and/or visual communication • A thorough understanding of print and digital production Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision and more!
