General Responsibilities: • Developing and maintaining Graphic Design Standards for the organization, including not only working within the primary brand guidelines, but providing the creative direction for expanding design elements and guidelines across all organizational collateral. • Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery, including newsletters, brochures, designs for merchandise, social media graphics, and other items as needed. • Source images for print collateral, website, and social media and maintain organization’s photo and video archives. • Ability to select high quality stock photography to accurately communicate the visual message of projects.
