Senior Graphic Designer

Norton is a full-service creative agency specializing in the restaurant and hospitality industry, working with a variety of local and national brands and we’re looking to add a SR GRAPHIC DESIGNER to our team. Our ideal new teammate has at least 5 years experience as a professional designer for consumer facing creative, preferably restaurant, and is creative, a quick learner, and has a good understanding of design principles with attention to detail. Our services range from restaurant concept development to menu design to social media strategy and brand positioning. • A design degree at accredited university in graphic design • 5-7 years of relevant work experience • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Agency experience preferred • Restaurant/food brand experience preferred • Strong communications skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Work very well in a team environment • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance • 401k • Paid Time Off • Hybrid Schedule: WFH 2 days a week & In-Office 3 days a week • Promotion from within/opportunity for advancement • Half Day Fridays
