Senior Graphic Designer

Horizon's Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high impact and engaging visual concepts that can be used in campaigns and marketing materials across all channels. The Designer possesses a clear understanding of visual design, layout, typography, and have a sharp eye for what will appeal to consumers by leveraging strategic insights and the latest trends. This person is a team player and has the leadership skills to manage multiple projects with various versioning requirements to meet timelines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications • A relevant portfolio showcasing your design concepts and their application at scale • Degree or certificate in Graphic Design or related field; Advertising or Marketing Agency experience a bonus but not mandatory • A demonstrated understanding of design strategy and customer experiences • The ability to think conceptually and creatively on the fly • Expertise in full funnel design and branding; Strong campaign branding experience • Strong time management skills and proven ability to work with speed and precision • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts and ideas. • Collaborate closely with creative teammates to create compelling designs that enhance our brand's visual storytelling across print, physical media and some digital, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audiences.
