Senior Graphic Designer

Using a mix of creative change management, financial analysis, and strategic communication techniques, we help leaders and their teams achieve clarity on what is at stake, understand and manage the external and internal resistance to their value initiative, and define the critical path to achieve operational results and return on investment. The Senior Graphic Designer is a key member of our in-house design team, working collaboratively with team members to translate complex customer requirements into simple and elegant design products, and craft the overarching look and feel of all client deliverables. This position involves project coordination and oversight, requiring a management approach that is both responsive and adaptive to support a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Design a full range of print and digital collateral, including, but not limited to: infographics and data visualization, presentations, one-pagers, and documents (including animated interactive PDFs) Must be able to receive and respond to feedback and creative direction from internal peers and external clients with the intent of improving upon his/her work
