Key Responsibilities: • Interpret creative briefs and independently develop high-quality digital assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, ensuring clarity, creativity, and strategic impact • Design and create high-quality graphics for digital media, including marketing materials, social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements • Develop and maintain brand identity across all visual touchpoints • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling visuals for campaigns • Collaborate with marketing team to produce graphic content for weekly campaigns and targeted campaign assets to drive demand • Create engaging and on-brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, trade shows, and web content • Execute projects end-to-end including conception, design, and production for brochures, catalogs, and other promotional assets • Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies specifically AI tools to optimize work • Develop creative art to best display product and decoration capability of merchandise for samples and tradeshows as needed • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting • Computer skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint We are a culture that will invest heavily in our people, our company and in state-of-the-art technology to be at the forefront of innovation.
