Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities • Build and mentor a high-performing design team • Develop operational efficiencies and implement best practices • Assess, design, and implement processes, policies, and procedures tailored to the department, its clients, and the Client Company • Standardize and document operational practices, policies, procedures, and guidelines • Develop, coach, and mentor direct reports through formal and informal feedback • Conduct performance evaluations and oversee top-grading practices • Partner with the Key Accounts Director to implement team-building and motivational programs • Evaluate and improve resource utilization by managing overtime and leveraging flexible staff to meet demand cost-effectively • Oversee onboarding for contract employees, ensuring they receive the necessary tools and training • Apply expertise in design, production, and illustration • Revise and update design deliverables as needed • Produce accurate, publication-ready materials • Handle proprietary and confidential documents with discretion • Evaluate all materials against brand guidelines
