Senior Graphic Designer

We are a fierce team of individuals committed to creating more comfortable, more supportive intimate apparel for women. The EB team is seeking a motivated, creative and curious individual to fill the role of Senior Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day creation, development and ideation of all graphic design needs for Evelyn & Bobbie. This is a dynamic role, best suited for someone who is highly creative, open to new experiences and passionate about developing beautiful creative work for multiple channels. Responsibilities: • Design engaging and on-brand digital assets for email, SMS & paid media platforms + occasional DTC print assets, based on company-wide marketing stories and promotional concepts • Work closely with wholesale team to develop and design print collateral for wholesale partners • Collaborate with team members to ensure images, copy and design come together to tell a clear and compelling story in line with EB brand standards • Support new features & landing pages being developed on our Shopify storefront with high-quality website mocks and design direction for web development partners • Support Social Media in development of organic social media video content as needed • Utilize modern, mobile-first design principles in all creative output • Design with a omnichannel, customer-first mindset, employing best practices per channel • Support photo selection process with first round reviews & post-production notes • Act as team leader to external design contractors at various levels of experience to guide on-brand
