This role is focused on brand evolution, design execution, and creative leadership—ensuring all marketing materials maintain a high-end, sophisticated aesthetic that reinforces our position as the top luxury brokerage in the area. As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will take the lead in shaping our brand's aesthetic, ensuring that all visual assets align with our luxury positioning. You will work closely with the marketing team to design high-impact print and digital materials, oversee creative consistency, and push the brand forward with innovative design solutions. • Oversee Design Projects – Manage the creation of marketing materials for the brokerage, agents, and properties, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with brand standards. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in Graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury or high-end brand work.
