Description A successful candidate will: • Design visuals based on requirements, coordinating with teams in the design concept phase • Plan and illustrate concepts by creating rough layouts of designs including arrangement, size, typography, and brand consistency • Lead the editorial review process - Amend designs after feedback and prepare final designs for documents, presentations, web, logos, and other types of digital content presented digitally • Prepare designs, mockups, and artwork in a variety of digital formats in accordance with the Lantana and/or client branding policies and style • Design and develop artwork for industry events Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field • 7+ years of professional experience in a graphic design role, with a focus on branding, marketing, and digital design; design for technical industries preferred, with ability to illustrate technical information through visuals and graphics across several different mediums • Experience in content creation and editing in both photography and video production • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics available pre-interview • Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop • A keen eye for aesthetics and details • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
