What You Should Have: • Minimum 7 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B marketing environment • Experience in the contract furniture, commercial interiors, or architecture/design industry strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Experience with Canva for quick-turn, team-friendly graphics or adapting brand assets across channels • Basic video editing skills preferred (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar) • Strong visual design, layout, and typography skills with an understanding of brand consistency • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with sales, marketing, and design teams • A flexible and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality work The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
