Senior Graphic Designer

We are currently seeing a hands-on, enthusiastic and experienced marketer to join our team. This position is full-time with salary + benefits, and is in-person in our Ann Arbor, MI office. The responsibilities outlined below are applicable to all three parts of our company: Interior Design & Decoration Studio, Gallery, and Trade Showroom, and include, but are not limited to: • Responsible for marketing, graphic design, social media, photography, video, video editing, copy writing, email blasts, collateral design and production, and event planning and execution • Design and produce all internal and external facing marketing materials and sales collateral • Deep understanding of visual communication principles to create and execute quality templates and graphics, on-brand copywriting, photography, video, motion graphics • Manage content calendar, including creating email and social media content • Update website and online shop as needed • Lead the planning and execution of company marketing events and functions • Serve as the primary point of contact for outside PR firm, ad agency, and/or marketing consultants • Track goals and metrics on a monthly basis across all marketing channels in order to evaluate progress toward company wide goals • Manage team members across all parts of the company in their efforts to take images that can be used to support various marketing efforts • Oversee online advertising efforts • Assist with professional photoshoots and styling • 5+ years experience working in a holistic marketing role with an emphasis on original content production (graphic design, photography, copywriting) • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including social media posts, videos, and email content • Experience working in the interior design industry is not required, but candidates with this experience will be given preferential consideration • Must be passionate about interior design • Willingness to study, learn and apply the CLOTH & KIND aesthetic • Proactive self-starter and highly motivated • Excellent communication skills • Exceptional project management, organizational skills, and sharp attention to detail • Capable of meeting tight deadlines • Willingness to work beyond normal business hours as needed • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Desire to work in a fast-paced, fun and collaborative environment • Comfortable with a variety of types of technology and software applications including, but not limited to: Google Apps, Asana, Squarespace, Shopify, Klaviyo, Later, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, All major social media platforms • Must have a current and valid driver's license, as well as own and have daily access to a car for job related travel • Excellent professional and personal references CLOTH & KIND is a nationally recognized Interior Design & Decoration Studio, Gallery, and Trade Showroom with locations in Ann Arbor, MI and Athens, GA.
