Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, in-house design team preferred • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative design tools • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques • Ability to problem solve and think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling sales copy
