Senior Graphic Designer

While this role may offer flexible work arrangements that can include a mix of in-office and remote work, our changing business needs will ultimately determine our level of remote-work flexibility. Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Design visually compelling materials for both print and digital media, including marketing proposals, infographics, reports, presentations, newsletters, conference assets, and other marketing collateral • Develop visual elements such as logos, layouts, illustrations, and multimedia content, ensuring consistency across all materials • Develop and utilize marketing tools such as branded templates and assets to increase efficiency when necessary • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience • Translate design requests into impactful visual solutions that adhere to brand guidelines and business objectives • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to established timelines • Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit visual content, and stay updated on the latest design trends and tools • Remain informed about advancements in graphic design and AI technology Qualifications we are seeking: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field • 8+ years of experience designing in a business environment supporting internal clients • Experience in the AEC (Architecture/Environmental/Engineering/Construction) industry preferred • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), as well as Microsoft 365 • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines The base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$90,000, plus benefits and bonus.
