As a reflection of current needs and planned growth we are excited to offer the opportunity to join our team as an Senior Graphic & Digital Designer! Design and production for a range of marketing and/or content materials. Cross-Functional Partnership Work closely with the Brand and Content team to ensure creative output is aligned with brand direction and storytelling goals Partner with the Performance team to understand what creative is working and what's not, using data to inform and improve future work Work within the COE (Center of Excellence) to learn about creative best practices across TAG companies and apply relevant learnings to Chapter What Success Looks Like Deliver on-brand creative that performs consistently across paid, owned, and earned channels Build a trusted reputation as a go-to creative partner across marketing and brand teams Contribute to a consistent, elevated brand presence across all guest touchpoints Develop a portfolio of Chapter work that demonstrates measurable impact on performance Help scale creative production efficiently without sacrificing quality or brand integrity What We're Looking For!
