The Crossroads voice is a critical part of our mission, teaching our community about Jesus in a language they can understand, and in a language that’s compelling and inviting to them. Working alongside the design team, this person will also brand our ministries and initiatives while bringing these to life through our Marketing and Social media tools that we have available. This role reports to the Design Director and collaborates with the Marketing and Studio Teams. Job Specific Principal Duties & Responsibilities • LED Graphic and Environmental Design • Ministry Branding • Marketing and Social initiative branding and landscape design. Scheduling / Travel Requirements: • Travel as needed for special projects and team training events (e.g., conferences, visiting sites when needed) • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and other high impact events at Crossroads.
