Job Title Job Description Summary We are seeking a talented and skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting print and digital marketing deliverables across the region. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of design support and expertise. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting print and digital marketing deliverables including research thought pieces, team business development, proposals, presentations, communications and ad hoc design support • Developing materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions • Creating unique creative approaches to each new business development project so the written and artistic messages are successfully integrated and carry a consistent theme • Designing illustrations, graphics, and concepts that add value to collateral materials • Implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format, and production adhering to national design standards • Developing a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate business to add creative input that strategically enhances new business materials • Participating as a strong team member of National Marketing actively contributing to National Marketing initiatives • Collaborating with Local Regional National Design teams • Communicating effectively with other Marketing Team members and Project Leads to ensure product delivery meets client specifications
