Senior Graphics Design / Web Creative Brand, Value & Experience Building: In addition to daily promotions, you will help build and evolve evergreen assets — landing pages, videos, pitch decks, and site experiences that define who we are and why customers should care. What You Bring to Daz 3D & Tafi • 4+ years of experience in digital, ecommerce, or performance-driven design environments • Strong strategic instincts — you understand not just how to design, but why certain designs work • You go beyond creative — you know how to build a brand, and are comfortable communicating directly with executives to refine it. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Web Creative to join our eCommerce team as a high-impact player, taking the lead role, managing and working closely with our current small team of designers.This role is ideal for a designer who not only produces beautiful, high-performing creative, but who understands why designs work—how messaging, hierarchy, timing, and context influence conversion across the customer lifecycle. Ideal Candidate Traits • Experience designing for e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience a plus) • Demonstrated strength in video creation—from concept through execution • Familiarity with lifecycle or retention-driven creative (email, landing pages, remarketing) • Curiosity about new tools, workflows, and automation that improve speed and consistency, especially as AI tools become more powerful and prevalent • A point of view on brand, storytelling, and taste—and the judgment to apply it pragmatically
