The Senior Graphic Designer will work with a team of creative professionals and cross-functional partners at all levels, supporting company goals, media campaigns, and sales initiatives. Primary Responsibilities • Design and execution of various materials for print and digital collateral • Creation and pitching of concepts for large campaigns to the creative team and internal business partners • Brand adherence, consistency, high quality, and visual appeal of graphics and layouts • On-time project completion, within specified budget, and to the highest standards • Use of a wide range of media and graphic design software • Knowledge maintenance re: the latest graphic design trends, tools, and techniques Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Design/Graphics field or equivalent experience • 5+ years’ experience in demonstrated graphic design • Must be extremely organized with superior attention to detail • Strong demonstrated written and verbal communications skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks simultaneously to completion, and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Strong ability to build, maintain, and grow relationships with associates and management across all levels • High integrity and excellent judgment • Team player/ self-starter mentality - collaborative work attitude, comfort with taking initiative • Curiosity and problem-solving ability re: exploration and implementation of new design and workflow solutions • Experience with data visualization • Advertising experience is ideal • Experience with AI design tools is a plus Skills • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat • Working knowledge of Microsoft365 applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel • Experience with data visualization • Exceptional creativity and innovation • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • An understanding of the latest trends and tools, and their role within a commercial environment • Professional approach to time, costs, deadlines, and communication • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Ability to work on both Mac and PC platforms Independence has implemented a “Hybrid” model which consists of Associates working in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) and remotely 2 days a week (Monday & Friday).
