Senior Graphics Designer - Full Time

This role designs across a wide variety of platforms digital and print and ensures that all creative materials meet brand standards, engage the intended audience, and contribute to broader campaign goals. Work closely with the Junior Graphic Designer and under the direction of the Art Director to deliver creative assets efficiently and on time.Contribute to projects supporting the Foundation, PR campaigns, public health initiatives, and physician practice branding.Maintain open communication with stakeholders and collaborators to ensure clarity of purpose, priority, and expectations. Respond to requests from departments across the organization that require templated or custom design support, in alignment with priorities set by the Creative and Marketing teams.Assist in the development of campaign-specific brand extensions and design systems 3-5 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably within a marketing team, agency, or healthcare/nonprofit settingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and brand applicationAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesExperience preparing files for both print and digital production The Graphic Designer is a key contributor within the creative team, working under the direction of the Art Director to execute high-quality visual assets that support a broad range of enterprise needs.
